Dragon Coin Empire Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Netherfire handles information in Dragon Coin Empire. The game is preparing for release. The English version is the reference for these localized pages.

Guest accounts

On first launch, the game automatically creates a guest account without requiring registration. A random device key is generated on your device, and the server assigns a user ID beginning with u_ and an eight-character alphanumeric friend code, such as M6VU8Q7C. Creating a guest account does not collect your name, email address, or phone number.

Game saves and servers

Your game save is stored on our servers at dce.netherfire.com, using Cloudflare Workers and a D1 database. This supports cross-device play and anti-cheat measures.

Information visible to other players

Other players can see your chosen lord name, your preset in-game avatar, your city progress, and your dynasty name. Avatars are game-provided images, not personal photos. During player-versus-player encounters, your opponent can see a snapshot of your city.

Dynasty chat

Dynasty text chat is stored on our servers. Messages are subject to a blocked-word filter and rate limits. Chat messages are retained for 30 days and then automatically deleted.

Device transfer codes

An eight-character alphanumeric, single-use transfer code lets you move your account to another device. It is valid for 24 hours and is automatically deleted after it expires. Friend codes and transfer codes use the characters 23456789ABCDEFGHJKMNPQRSTUVWXYZ, excluding 0, O, 1, I, and L.

Optional platform account linking

You may optionally link Game Center, Google Play Games, Sign in with Apple, or Steam. For these links, we store only the account ID supplied by the platform.

In-app purchases

Payments are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play. We do not receive your bank card information. Purchase receipts are sent to our verification service at iap.netherfire.com. We retain transaction IDs to prevent duplicate delivery of purchases and to handle refunds.

Rewarded advertisements and consent

Google AdMob rewarded videos play only when you choose to watch them. AdMob uses advertising identifiers. In Europe, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, and certain U.S. states, Google’s User Messaging Platform (UMP) presents a consent form first. You can refuse consent and still play normally, and you can revisit your advertising consent choices in the game. When Google’s UMP determines that local requirements apply, the Ad privacy choices button appears under Settings → About and opens Google’s privacy options form so you can change your choices.

The game currently has no third-party analytics or attribution SDK. Its integrated SDKs in this area are Google AdMob, Unity IAP, and Unity Mobile Notifications.

Notifications

Local notifications can remind you when dragon breath is full, an egg hatches, or a daily check-in is available. You can turn notifications off in the game settings. On iOS, after you allow notifications, an APNs push token is sent to our server for alerts when your city is attacked.

Support and problem reports

The in-game Contact support and Report a bug buttons prepare an email to [email protected] containing your game version, device model, operating system version, guest ID, and language. Settings displays this as Guest ID: an identifier beginning with G. The email is sent only if you choose to send it.

Children

Dragon Coin Empire has a Teen content rating and is not intended for children under 13.

Deleting your account

To delete your account in the game, open Settings → Account and select the red Delete account button. A confirmation panel lists the data that will be deleted. Enter the displayed confirmation word to enable the confirmation button: DELETE in English, or the corresponding word in your language; DELETE works in every language. Confirming immediately deletes your account data from the device and server, and the game restarts with a new guest account.

You can also request account deletion by emailing [email protected] with the subject “Delete my Dragon Coin Empire account” and your guest ID or friend code. Email requests are handled within 30 days, with confirmation by email. See the account deletion page for the complete instructions.

Deletion removes your game save, lord name and avatar, friend relationships, dynasty membership, chat messages, battle reports, platform account links, transfer codes, and push tokens. It is irreversible and also removes purchased virtual items. If you founded a dynasty, leadership passes to the remaining member who joined earliest; if no members remain, the dynasty is dissolved.

In-app purchase transaction records—transaction ID, product, amount, and time—are retained for legal and tax requirements, for the period required by local law. These retained records do not contain personally identifying information.
