Delete in the game (recommended)
Open Settings → Account and tap the red Delete account button. The confirmation panel lists the content that will be deleted. Enter the displayed confirmation word to enable the deletion button: DELETE in English, or the localized word in your selected language. DELETE works in every language.
Confirming immediately deletes your account and associated data from the device and server, then restarts the game with a new guest account.
Request deletion without opening the game
Email [email protected] with the exact subject: Delete my Dragon Coin Empire account. Include your guest ID, shown in Settings (beginning with G), or your friend code so we can identify the account.
We will process your request within 30 days and send an email confirmation.
What is deleted
Your game save, lord name and avatar, friend relationships, dynasty membership, chat messages, battle reports, platform account links, transfer codes, and push notification tokens are deleted.
If you founded a dynasty, leadership passes to the member who joined earliest. If no members remain, the dynasty is dissolved.
What is retained
We retain in-app purchase transaction records: transaction ID, product, amount, and time. These records contain no personally identifying information and are retained for the period required by applicable local legal and tax requirements.
Deletion is permanent
Your deleted account cannot be restored. Purchased virtual items are also deleted with the account.
