    Job Summary

    Netherfire Entertainment is seeking a high-energy marketing communication specialist who understand mobile games and has the ability to clearly communicate with our global partners and international team on how Netherfire products and services can achieve better performance by acquiring, growing and managing high quality users. Candidate will work closely with CMO, product team, art team and operation team to build and execute high performing marketing campaigns designed to achieve revenue goals by raising market awareness and market share, managing online and offline events and promoting Netherfire products based on adjacent markets and client segments. Experience in Asia and North America mobile gaming, utilizing traditional outbound marketing approaches as well as digital marketing (social media, email, SEO/SEM, influencers, new media, etc.) to achieve KPI are required. Candidate is also required to have the ability to adjust marketing plan base on analyzing campaign results.

    Responsibilities

    1. 1 Develop and execute strategic communications projects that align to US business marketing plans;
    2. 2 Plan and conduct market and public opinion research to determine potential for product success and identify factors affecting media planning;
    3. 3 Contribute to the development of company's digital marketing and outreach strategies;
    4. 4 Manage and track budgets, make adjustments to communications plans, as required;
    5. 5 Plan and direct informational programs to maintain favorable public perceptions of company's accomplishments and agenda; (5% of the time)
    6. 6 Ensure all marketing materials, programs and campaigns adhere to company's brand standards and all communications are written in the brand voice;

    10. 10 Optimize the content and marketing of company's website, own media platform, (Mobo Hero), and social media;
    11. 11 Report on website analytics and evaluate statistics related to usage, and work collaboratively with developers and marketing team to ensure optimal website functionality;
    12. 12 Organize and participate in industry trade shows and events to promote the company's game products and the brand name for the company.

    Qualifications

    1. 1. Bachelor degree in marketing, communication or related field.
    2. 2. Bilingual in English and Chinese.
    3. 3. Excellent writing skills in English and Chinese.
    4. 4. Traditional and digital marketing experience.
    5. 5. Experience in social media marketing and execution.
    6. 6. Familiarity with SEM and SEO principles and best practices.

    Job Summary

    We are looking for a back end engineer that is capable of working on different aspects of the server side of our game. The ideal candidate has experience in databases, servers, or other back end systems. Working with the design team and the lead back end engineer, they will design, plan, and implement the necessary features by extending the existing code base.

    You will work in an environment that puts you in close contact with other software engineers, artists, and producers. This is an open discussion team and you are encouraged to participate. You will join in regular meetings that provide updates on progress and define new priorities.

    This role is internship position. The candidate who excels in this position will find a more integral role in the game development process, aligning closer with our product and monetization teams to understand the business rational behind the engineering decisions.   4. Customer Service - Mobile

    Job Summary

    The customer service agent will manage both the community as well as any incoming tickets sent by the player base. This is a position where you will be working in a team environment. You are responsible for working with the project manager and the producer in the development of the game, as well as post-launch events and updates. You’ll also be working with the graphic designer and core artist on the creation of any art assets required for post-launch community events and updates. You’ll also work with PR on post-launch PR materials, such as but not limited to social media, forum posts, blogs, written articles, and videos. Finally, you will be working with the project assistant on QA related tasks as well as be involved in any brainstorming sessions related to design, monetization, and live-ops.

    Responsibilities

    1. 1、Establish a presence in the community by keeping the players in the loop with the latest news and updates.
    2. 2、Inquire, gather, and organize player comments and suggestions and report them back to the publishing team.
    3. 3、Handle player tickets through Zendesk and solve them according to an established policy.
    4. 4、Monitor the wiki, forum, and all social media outlets with the PR.
